This two day course is designed to reduce exam anxiety and give you a thorough review of the topics covered on the state licensed and state certified residential appraiser exams. You will review the materials on the examination outline and the required math formulas. You will also learn test taking techniques and memory recall skills as well as how to dissect questions and their distractions. A sample exam is given to determine areas of weakness followed by an instructor-led review of the correct answers. We recommend reading your Crammer™ textbook prior to class.
