Accreditation

Hondros College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, also known as ACICS. ACICS, a non-profit education corporation, is recognized by the United States Secretary of Education as a national accrediting body that accredits institutions of higher education offering programs of study through the master's degree level. ACICS accredits approximately 600 institutions in the U.S. and abroad. Last year, these institutions enrolled over 430,000 students. ACICS, which was formed in 1912, is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a national accrediting body for post-secondary institutions offering primarily business and business-related programs of study at non-degree and associate's, bachelor's and master's degree levels.
