  1. Do I have to wait 2 years to take the Ohio Broker Prerequisite courses?

No. In fact, the earlier you start your classes the better! Here's why:

The Ohio Broker Prerequisite course material is not covered on the licensing exam. This means you can take the classes at any time!

As you build your career as a sales agent the number of clients you serve will grow. The best time to focus on your additional education is immediately after obtaining your sales license. You will have more time to focus on your education when you first get started.

You'll be prepared to advance when a career or business opportunity requiring a Broker's license presents itself.
