HCN Success Stories

I have felt myself pushed in the direction to pursue nursing for years, and I finally made the decision while working as an EMT. I want to give back to my community. As someone who was raised by my grandparents, this gave me a special interest in helping elderly people. I have seen firsthand just how much these individuals need nurses who are passionate about providing them with quality care.

I decided on attending Hondros College of Nursing because of feedback I heard from various alumni. They all had great things to say about the school! I also needed a program that could accommodate online classes, as this provides me with the flexibility I need to be there for my family.

To anyone thinking about starting nursing school, be sure to take necessary preparations. It takes hard work, dedication, and discipline to succeed in nursing school. Manage your schedule well and use any extra time to study or work on assignments. Once school starts and life starts throwing you unexpected twists and turns, keep in mind that there is an end in sight and that this is only temporary. You can do this! Don’t be afraid to chase your dream as success is in your own hands.
