Working for Hondros College of Nursing has allowed me the opportunity to invest in the next generation of nurses and healthcare workers. Having the ability to watch our students enter the program and develop the skills needed to be successful, provides me with personal satisfaction. It is a privilege to serve the community through the production of knowledgeable and compassionate nurses.
The best advice for those considering enrolling in nursing school, would be to go into it prepared. Nursing school takes hard work and dedication. It is important to surround yourself with supportive people, both in and outside of the school. Remember to keep in mind the reason you started your nursing journey, especially on the hard days. Strive to be the nurse you want to work with and the one you want taking care of your loved ones. Joining the nursing profession is a calling.
