I decided to pursue a career in nursing thanks to the advice of a 93-year-old woman that I was caring for. She was isolated from her family due to fears of her becoming infected with COVID. At this time, she was on bed rest and unable to do her daily activities. I made sure she had something to eat and helped run errands for her. During one of my visits, she asked if I ever thought about becoming a nurse. This experience had changed everything for me.
Hondros College of Nursing was a perfect choice because it gave me an opportunity to fulfill my dream of being a nurse. The college was also recommended by my family and friends.
