HCN Success Stories

I have always desired to help people, which is why I wanted to become a nurse. Since I was fifteen years old, I have worked as a certified nurse assistant (CNA). I've always loved brightening someone's grandfather or grandmother's day. When I was ten years old, my mother was in a terrible car accident that almost took her life. I had to help her with everyday tasks when I was younger, I found this to be very rewarding especially when I can help put a smile on her face. Be it from nursing or not, I believe in helping others.

The flexibility offered by Hondros College of Nursing, and the timeline of the ADN program was what ultimately convinced me to enroll. After attending Hondros, I highly recommend the college to anyone searching for an excellent flexible program, with outstanding instructors who genuinely care about your success.

The advice I would give to someone who wants to go to nursing school is that there is never a good moment to start, so start your career now. You are capable and have the potential to be a fantastic nurse, but you must put in the effort and be willing to prioritize schoolwork. The rewards are significant, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
